Pork Chops Grilled

I sure like pork chops grilled on GrillGrates. Even at a low grilling temp of 425 indirect heat we get nice grill marks and caramelization on the chops.

Chops are rubbed with Mohunken Butt Rub.


Daughters 7 week old lab is anticipating the outcome.


Internal Temp is 145 degrees, Time to pull
