I've done these a a lot of different ways, rubbed, marinated etc... but nothing has really blown me away. I'm grilling tonight and was looking for a really great recipe. Thanks in advance for any thoughts. :chef:

If you're looking for a great flavor with pork tenderloin, it's going to come mostly from the rubs or marinades. Then cooking method will make a difference as well.

Try an Asian style marinade using soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chopped scallions, sesame oil and dry sherry or rice wine.

I always marinate my pork tenderloins in a Greek style marinade:

1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C soy sauce
1-2 garlic cloves, smashed
juice of 1 lemon
1 t oregano

Marinate for at least 4 hours. Grill until the meat is about 145 degrees. Remove from heat and tent with foil, let rest for 5 minutes.

One of my easist, and best grilled pork tenderloin recipes is to simply marinate it in hoisin sauce for a while. Wipe off the excess, grill it on medium low. Should only take about 15 minute.
