Last week I began my deer camp chili, due to be finished the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I planted seeds for cayenne, serrano, habanero, and Thai chili peppers. Also got a new Dutch Oven to make it in. . There's no such thing as preparing too early .
Was never a scout and not much for worms. I'll keep you posted on the progress of the chili. Advice is appreciated, sometimes ignored but always appreciated . While I have cooked a lot of stuff in a dutch oven I have not made chili yet. Much practice will be required. Many ingredients will be tried. Much beer will be......Well you get the picture of my summer.
