Braised Cabbage

Did this in my house broke DO over the weekend:

1 small head (1 1/2#) cabbage coarsely chopped
1 medium onion coarse sliced
2 carrots sliced on a diagonal
1 apple peeled, grated
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock

Combine ingredients in DO toss, cover and bake @ 325 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

Computers let you make more mistakes faster than any other invention in human history, with the possible exception of handguns and tequilla.
