Does anyone have a low fat pastry recipe that actually works?

Ideally one that could be up to half wholemeal flour?

I tried this one:

4 oz wholemeal flour
2 oz chick pea (gram) flour
2 oz low fat spread
3 tsp water

It is a good substitute for reinforced concrete.

Pie Crust

I have this one that is quite good.

Pie Crust
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c whole-wheat flour
2 tb sugar
1/4 ts salt
2 tb vegetable shortening
4 tb low-fat cream cheese
1/3 c plain fat-free yogurt

1.In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, sugar, and salt.
2.With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in the shortening and cream cheese until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in the yogurt until just moistened.
3.Shape the dough into a flat disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
