This is simple and good, I made this again Sunday..

Buy 1 can of poppy seed pie filling, in your grocery isle next to all the other canned pie fillings..

1 pkg. of frozen Pepperage Farms frozen puff pastry sheets, not the shells..

this is in the frozen section next to the frozen pie dough..

let it though out for 2 hours on your kitchen so that you can unfold the sheets

buy. one block 8oz? of philly cream cheese... I didn't look at the pkg.., but it's about the same size of a stack of playing cards..

Let the cheese come to room temp. with the frozen pie dough..

Then mix 1/2 can poppy seed filling with the block of cream cheese..

then unfold the pie dough, and cut 1 sheet into 4 squares..

put in a big spoonful of filling and fold the dough across to make triangle...

put on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 df. for 30 minutes till brown on top..

This is easy and good warm..

but I liked mine at room temp. the next day...

Also... brush your teeth the next morning because you will have poppy seed in your teeth the next day and you will look crazy..
