Banana Napoleons :chef:

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (1/2 of a 17-1/4oz. box)
1-1/2 c. prepared vanilla pudding
3 bananas, peeled and sliced into circles
Powdered sugar
Blueberry pie filling (or you can use fudge sauce)
Sliced Strawberries

Unfold pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to a 12" square. Cut square into fourths. Cut each piece horizontally into two 3x6" strips. Place 2" apart on baking sheet. Bake @400 degrees for 15 min, or till golden. Cool on a wire rack.

Split each pastry strip in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on desset plates. Spoon 2 heaping Tbsp of pudding onto pastry. Top with a layer of bananas. Cover with remaining pastry strips. Dust with powdered sugar. Place a dab of pie filling on top. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
