This is so easy and very good.

1 sheet puff pastry dough (thawed)

Make a mixture of the following: cinnamon, sugar, crushed walnuts, enough to cover the pastry sheet

Beat one egg, and brush the dough with it. Sprinkle mixture on top of that. Cut the dough in half, and then in strips about 1" wide, twist the strips, then place on a baking sheet that has been wet and then shake off the excess.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Check the bottoms to make sure they arent too dark. The strips will puff up and get lightly browned. Enjoy! These are really good.
