Bake from scratch

Has any one used a recipe from bake from scratch? If so did you use measures or weights? And what were you results? Thanks Julie

Aren’t recipes make from scratch by definition? I guess I’m missing your point?

It's more accurate and i think it's easier to measure weights. It's also easier to cut a recipe in half or double it, especially if you use metric weights.

Thanks, Joey. I was clueless.

I use metric measurements, a scale to weigh most things, and for simple things, I stick with the volumes.
