Slow Cooker Triple Chocolate Mess


Ingredients:
1 (18.25-ounce) chocolate cake mix
1 pint sour cream
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup water

Grease slow cooker with shortening, or apply nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and put in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream. Yield: approximately 8 servings.

I've made something similar to this in my crock-pot. It was wonderful. Sort of like ultra-rich chocolate pudding cake. Really delicious. And doesn't require watching the oven. Can bake while dinner is cooking.

I'm going to have to try that one. It sounds great for when I have my sis and her family over - which is often. Her kids always ask me what's for dessert. I'm always looking for something simple since I can easily do without having dessert.
