75g of grated coconut
50g of sugar
3 egg yolks
50g of flour
1- Mix the grated coconut, sugar and egg yolks, to get a thick paste.
2- Form small balls with your hands and coat them with flour. After, drop them on a plate which go in an oven.
3- Preheat the oven at 175°C (thermostat 5/6).
4- Put the plate in the middle of the oven and let it cook until the cake gets a golden color.
