Hi,

now it´s the third time I tried the recipe here to get in

It´s a famous recipe, which I bake so often for my friends and family.

Applesauce-Cake

100g butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
100 g flavour
2 TS baking powder

from this you make a dough an put it in a Springform pan.
Bake it in the oven for 12-15 min. ca. 200°C

At the same time you make 2 cremes

1.

750 g applesauce
1 Paket Vanilliapuddingpowder
6 Soupspoons Milk

Make it like it stands on the paket. You cook a creme with pudding and applesauce.

2 Creme

600 g sour creme
4 Soupspoons sugar
4 eggs (the yellow)
3 eggs (the white to eggsnow)

Make from this a creme.

Put the Springform pan out of the oven. Than pull the 1 creme over it and than the second creme.

All together in the oven for ca. 20 minutes on 200°C

:!: Attention :!:

Bake it one day before you will serve it!!!!!

lg from Germany (nearby Geilenkirchen where the Nato Awacs -Airbase is)
