OK.... I looked at different recipes for cheesecakes, but they are all pretty similar. The cheesecake I baked were all DENSE and heavy in texture. My husband told me that my cheesecakes were too rich. I don't think that he was using the right words to describe my cheesecake. Who does not want RICH cheesecake. It has better flavor when it is rich in taste. I think what he tried to say was how I feel about my cheesecakes being too dense and heavy in texture. Are there any ways to make them fluffier, lighter in texture, and less dense just like the store bought kind? Thanks

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but you may want to try a no bake recipe for cheesecake. They are usually a little lighter in texture and not quite as rich. You may want to check out some of the recipes on my website.

Oh my - you foul temptress!

I bookmarked your website - I could get into serious trouble over there (and NOT get into my swimsuit).
