I have a wonderful recipe for scripture cake and all ingredients come from the Bible, not a fruit cake. It has figs and raisins in it. I decided to make mini cakes this year instead of the large tube pan and give them as a little gift with the recipe attached. I found a wonderful pan at my regular grocery store. It is one pan with 8 mini pans all in one unit. I was wondering how long to cook it. The regular large tube pan calls for 1 1/2 hrs. at 300 degrees. Should I cook these for 30-45 min. at same degree. If anyone wants the recipe I would be glad to attach it.
