Pumpkin spice cake!

although the recipe was whack! it made a nice center piece heh..

the recipe called for 2 bake mixes, each in a 2qt bowl.. and to bake EACH for 1hr +

the cakes came out tough, and just wasn't happy at all with the 1st cake, so instead of making the second layer i just frosted my disaster and called it a day

im not very proud, but i cant improve with out making mistakes and learning from them


basically, spice cake mix + 1 green ice cream cone, sliced and twirled yogo's (they are impossible to work with if they are the slightest bit warm)
and cream cheese frosting

That's a clever looking cake Miss Caitlin. I'm sure it was a hit as a center piece even if the cake was not. But, hey! you'll do better next time!!
