Thought I'd share Ethans Strawberry yum with you..This has some orange Liqueir in it, but I held some out so the kids could have some, last thing I needed today was 4 chooko kids:LOL:
I sliced a quart and a half of fresh strawberries, sprinkled them with sugar and set them aside to chill. I put 1-10oz.pack of frozen raspberries in a blender, added 2 Tab. sugar, 1 Tab. orange liqueur and 1 tea. lemon juice, whizzed it up, covered and chilled..When we were ready I sliced up a pre-made angel food cake put the strawberries on top then spooned the raspberry sauce over all..Boy was it nice and refreshing..I'm thinking the next time I'll spoon it over some vanilla ice cream and that a pound cake might benefit from the sauce and berries as well..
kadesma:)

This sounds wonderful Kadesma. We have some frozen berries which now I can put to good use. Thanks.
