Has anyone every made a Rice Krispy cake. I have to find a bakery or person (in the DFW area) to make a Rice Krispy grooms cake. The wedding is in three weeks and they want a 2 or 3 layer square cake and with it a chocolate fountain to dip bite size squares of the cake under. I had a Rice Krispy treat dipped in a chocolate fountain once and it was delicious. I am mother of the bride and do not have the time it would probably take to experiment. Thanks

Rice Crispy cake is just the same as the rice crispy treats, only not cut... If it is made in layers without pre-cutting it's going to be quite a pain in the A to do at the wedding as it is very sticky... Are you planning on making this yourself? It's not hard but you would have to get an idea of how to make it more easy for the guests to enjoy... Let me know perhaps we could help you with ideas... :):):)

Have you tried Central Market or Market Street? Both of those stores have good bakeries and they might be able to help you.
