Question Crispy banana cookies?

In our house, we LOVE bananas.

I would like to make a really good cookie out of them, but so far all the ones that I have seen end up like a strange version of banana bread, almost scone-ish in a way. :(

I really just was trying to figure out a way to make a thinner crispy banana cookie...sort of with a peanut butter cookie type of texture (but no pb lol).

Not crunchy like oatmeal, slightly soft but with a thinner look (like classic choc chip look).

Yes I know...picky picky, but my hubby loves my pb cookies, and requested a banana cookie with the same type of texture if possible

Any ideas?
