:chef:Hi all. Does anyone know where I can purchase these beautiful, tiny silver balls in either Ashland or Medford, Oregon?

Thanks in advance

Do you have a Michael's craft store? I think I've seen them there before

Mrs.Pd is correct. I've seen them there (here) also.
The have a cake/wedding/baking aisle where they should be. JoAnn's might also. Check, if you have any upscale supermarkets in your area, near the baking sections.

FYI: Silver and gold dragees are to be used as "decoration only" per the FDA because they contain trace amounts of metal (ie: silver). Although people do consume dragees in most parts of the world, some culinary professionals are recommending they be removed before eating any confectionary treat garnished with them. Federal and state authorities list silver as toxic at certain levels. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has declared dragees as non-edible and requires jars to carry labels saying they're "for decoration only."
