I'm not sure you can call this a cookie, but it sure tastes like one and is wonderful. After you see it, I'm sure you will come up with amazing variations on the theme.

Maple-Cream filled Graham Cookies

Ingredients:
16 oz. Marscapone Cheese
1 cup Maple Syrup - grade 2 (dark and rich)
1 box Graham Crackers

Combine the cheese and syrup. Spread a generous amount between crackers and serve. If you really want to go over the top, dip in melted chocolate. Top with a Marachino Cherry.
