I sign up every year for the 12 days of Cookies email.
They have had really nice recipes in the past.

I was disappointed this year with thier selections.

Anyone else signed up or gone the F-net and viewed this years cookies.

Here's the link for them and this years are to the right side of the page.
Cookie Recipes : Exclusive Christmas Cookie Recipes Newsletter : 12 Days of Cookies : Food Network

If they have it next year Ill still sign up.
One bad year you can't condem them.

I love the food network

Happy Holidays all

I skipped it this year but haven't looked.
I figured I had enough recipes to keep me busy, I buy the BHG cokie mag every year and now have 7 years worth. I certainly haven't tried them all yet!!!!

I get them every year...and I've never baked one of them yet. I appreciate the splendor of ethnic, traditional christmas cookies, but...most of the time, the cookies don't seem christmas-y enough.

Ill stick to making my own cookies I always get compliments :-p
I don't doubt that the cookies they suggest would get compliments, as well...but, like you said, they are not 'your own' cookies.

I make anywhere from 10 to 15 different types of cookies each year. Some cookies, like the Thanksgiving balloons, make repeat appearances year after year. Some go away for a while, and then return, and always, there are at least 6 new varieties to round off the platters. I'm up for new cookies, but, like I said earlier, the ones they suggest just don't seem festive enough.
