GingerBread cookies & Holidays baking starting.

Its that time of the year, Holiday day baking is on my mine.
Looking for a gingerbread Man/woman cookie recipe that stays soft.
I have tried few but they always get hard, which are great if you like to hang them on a tree for an ornament.
