I got this recipe a long while ago from my grandma, and I've made these often and they are really good, so I hope you all enjoy.

What you need:

4 Cups Flour
1 Pound Butter
12oz Cream Cheese

Filling:
4 Eggs
3 Cups Sugar
4 Teaspoons Melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Ground Nuts

Combine flour, butter and cream cheese. In separate dish combine eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla for filling. Put dough in small cupcake tin and put 1tsp of filling and 1tsp of nuts inside dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 8 dozen.

This recipe is almost identical to one I've had for about 40 years that is called "Pecan Tassies." I don't always use pecans. Most of the time I use finely chopped walnuts. They are like little pecan/nut pies. Fantastic during the holidays.
