Prepackaged Icing - How long does it last?

In my cookie cutter container I found some prepackaged icing I bought for decorating sugar cookies last year. Is this stuff still good? Two cans of icing are made from Betty Crocker - Easy Flow - and come with different tips. The third bottle is made from Wilton - I bought it at the craft store - it is called bright white cookie icing and looks like a bottle of glue. The Wilton stuff flowed clear liquid first and then icing. The Betty Crocker came out fine. There is no expiration date on any of the bottles nor does any of the bottles state refrigeration.

Is it gross to use these icings this year or should I trash them and get new. I don't want anyone getting sick!
