Does anybody have the perfect spritz cookie recipe - easy to work with and delicious???

Swedish Spritz

This recipe comes from my Great Grandmother who was Swedish.

2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
5 cups flour (sift 5x)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. almond extract

Mix in order and put in cookie press. Shape as desire. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Watch carefully as they brown easily.

makes tons!
