Would you please give me some recipe of simple microwave cookies?

I can't prepare cookies but my DH loves them, would you please give me a simple cookies recipe, that can be prepared in microwave oven.

In this country college kids have become very inventive with their cooking skills and the limits of dorm life. The following cookies are easy to make in the microwave.

The basic start for most cookies is to cream the butter and sugar together. Cooies are probably the easiest food item to make.

5 minute chocolate cake
step 1Supplies

* microwave!

o coffee mug or 4 smaller muffin cups

o 4 tablespoons flour

o 4 tablespoons sugar (I use brown sugar)

o 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

o 1 egg

* Stir in 3 tbsp milk and 5 tbsp oil. (my adding: coconut butter)

* Add chocolate chips* and splash of vanilla. Stir well.

*if you don't have chocolate chips, try a broken up candy bar - this can make your cake awesome.


Mix your ingredients
step 3 Nuke It!

* Microwave for 3 minutes in a 1000w oven, or 4 minutes in a 700w oven.

It will start to crown over the top of the mug. Don't panic! It will collapse once the heat stops.
step 4Eat it!
