Can I get some help with making gummies?

What do I use (gelatin or agar or something else) to make gummies that have the consistency of a gusher? Just the outside part, and not the juice inside.

I want something that's chewy and when I tear at it with my teeth it stretches like a fruit roll-up.

How do I make my drinks like a cup of tea into gummies with this consistency?

What do I use? How much per cup? Any information helps. Thanks!
