P.A.G. introduced me to HI-Chew Taffy. The taffy is delectable, with really accurate flavor for the apple, and mango. The strawberry is ok.

We all know caramel apples, chocolate apples, and hard red coated apples. What I'm suggesting now is to melt the HI-Chew taffy and add a bit of corn syrup to soften it just a bit when it cools, and then dip apples in your favorite taffy flavor.

I also think yogurt coated apples would be good. Yogurt coating for nuts, and raisins is 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, and 5 cups powdered sugar. I believe you could add extracts to the yogurt to get different flavors, like maybe a bit of molasse, cinnamon, and nutmeg, or maybe some coconut extract, and a little coconut oil to improve the texture.
Oh the possibilities:yum::LOL:
