Looking to make lollipops like Dum Dums or Linda's Lollies

We want to make lollipops that are like Linda's Lollies or Dum Dums. When we bought cake pop molds they said they could also be used for lollipops but there were not any recipes included. My daughter and I have searched the internet for a recipe but can only find ones where the lollipops are flat. Has anyone made lollipops like the ones we are hoping to make and will you please share your recipe and tips on making them. We were also hoping to add rum to a coconut banana lolli and tequila to a lime lolli. TIA.
