Need a good Divinity recipe...

I wish I did, I'll be following this thread to see if a good recipe shows up.

Back home in Maine, there was this lady who was famous for her divinity, I have never been able to duplicate it.
 
I've never made it myself, but I've heard that the weather has to be right to make it......something about humidity I think. Don't know if it's an old wives tale or not, but maybe somebody here knows.
