The link appears to be broken. Sorry! The basic idea is: Crush the Oreos, mix them with cream cheese, freeze, melt white chocolate wafers, dip the balls in the chocolate, and freeze some more.

The site came up completely for me. Those look like they would be a great treat for a kids party. Stick a lollipop stick into the bottom so they can hold it with ease. Oreo should have gone that extra step in making them.
