Creamsicles

A guy on my fish forum kept taking about having creamsicles so often that I remembered them from my childhood and got the yearning for them.

I bought some at the store. I'm eating them and liking them well enough, but I can do better. I saw this recipe Homemade Creamsicle Recipe ? Nourished Kitchen This sounds more like what will make me truly happy.

God forgive me, but I didn't spend much. I bought a nice stainless steel twist by hand orange juicier and some silicone ice cream bar molds on Amazon.

I can't wait!

You, my dear, are going to need a "kitchen gadget" intervention.

The recipe sounds yummy, but I wouldn't be able to get past the idea that the "cream" is supposed to be inside the "-sicle". There was something challenging about eating all of the orange popsicle part off of the vanilla ice cream that made them extra-fun to eat.

I'm weird, I know.
