This is really good. I added molasses to the mixture so it has a hot (not to hot) and a sweet flavor.

Hot, sweet, sour - all you need is salty and you have Thai ice cream! I'd suggest not using fish sauce
Maybe some flaky sea salt sprinkled on top.
