Its very soft, doesnt have frozen particles in it, and very creamy and rich. I think thats why I was so pleased with it. I used Tia Maria liqueur in it and just a tablespoon of coffee extract. It was extremely good!

Reminds me of the ice cream I used to eat in Germany! The other really cool thing was vanilla ice cream that was pressed through a ricer and topped with strawberry sauce...spaghetti ice cream...
