My first attempt at home made ice cream.

This recipe is from Nigella Lawsons new book, Nigellissima. It is incredibly easy to do and tastes wicked !!!

Its very soft, doesnt have frozen particles in it, and very creamy and rich. I think thats why I was so pleased with it. I used Tia Maria liqueur in it and just a tablespoon of coffee extract. It was extremely good!

Reminds me of the ice cream I used to eat in Germany! The other really cool thing was vanilla ice cream that was pressed through a ricer and topped with strawberry sauce...spaghetti ice cream...
