Crock pot
4-5lb. english roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 bag lipton soup mix (dry)

Mix mushroom soup and onion soup. put roast in pot. cover roast with the soup mixture and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Whip up some spuds, and some roasted carrots and garlic bread..., you got yourself a delish. meal
