Irish spiced beef
I got this recipe in a newsletter today, and it looks interesting. Do you think the taste would be anything like corned beef?

The recipe sounds interesting, Connie. The spices/herbs are definitely components of corned beef. I think I'd like to try it but not for St. Pat's Day. After all, I can't break with tradition. Now, for a nice Sunday dinner, that's a different story.
