Thin sliced? Philly cheese steak sammies on a crusty roll.

Roast some carrots, onion, celery and potatoes and pour gravy over all.

Chunked up and mixed with gravy and poured over mashed potatoes or noodles. Mushrooms would be a nice addition.

Sounds good there Laddie. Add more Guiness !! The first thing that came to mind is Cottage Pie, what Zereh said.

Or add some veggies and serve over noodles. Crusty bread. salad.

I love a beer braised pork roast. The braising liquid with drippings is really good. I use it as the liquid for a pork stew, saving some for awesome gravy.

Other uses for the meat:

BBQ
Teriyaki
Fried Rice
Simmer slices in gravy
Tamale pie
Pork Stew

I'm guessing that you have some left over vegis that were cooked with the meat? Chop them up together or pulse together in the food processor and use as a stuffing for hand pies. Maybe make some "ravioli", using it for the stuffing, with an onion and mushroom sauce/gravy.
