This is my meatloaf recipe and it turns out so yummy and moist every time.
2 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs from 5-6 slices of bread
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, divided in half
mix all but half soup can of cream of mushroom soup together and put into a loaf pan. Pour remaining soup over the top of the loaf and bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2hrs.
