This is a typically swedish "middle of the week"-dish.

1:Mix 1 pound minced meat with 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teasponns allspice, one egg, one chopped small onion and some cream.

2:Roll the batter to small meatballs. And fry them in a frying pan with quiet much butter.

Serve the meatballs with sour lingonberry jam, mashed potatoes and brown sauce.
3.Brown sauce:Pour some watter in the frying pan after you fried the meatballs.The add one meat extract cube, a few drops soy 1/2 cup cream. Let it boiled together.
