i have some ground turkey that was intended for meatballs this week. it may have just found another purpose.

I could do without the bacon. (I know, bite my filthy tongue.) I could see having the mac and cheese in the midst of the meatloaf. I would rather have the mac and cheese placed in a trench down the middle of a meatloaf than in individual meatballs. I would have to pass on any red glaze of top though. Ketchup with mac and cheese leaves something to be desired.
But that muffin tin still needs a good scrubbing or scouring. I wouldn't even eat a muffin from that pan even if they were baked in paper muffin holders. That is just downright gross.

I pasted and printed out the recipe for thinking about. I love the taste of bacon with meatloaf.
