Never used bread in meatloaf. You would need to,call it bread loaf.??
Meatloaf I make is better the next day. Cold in a sammich. Jmho.

I like meatloaf served in any fashion. Hot with a pile of mashed potatoes and a veg and the next day cold on a sandwich. I don't think I've ever met a meatloaf I didn't like. It has to be really bad for me to walk away from it and that hasn't happened yet. As long as it has good flavor and it's not dry, I'm happy.

Same here....as long as I can make a good sammie with a slice of meatloaf leftovers, I'm happy.

Miracle Whip has sugar. I use Hellmanns or homemade. If I want "zip", I add some apple cider vinegar.

I mainly use Best Foods/Helmanns and sometimes Japanese Kewpie mayo. Kewpie is another world in mayo.
