Washing Up
Last night I came across a good idea for steaks. I have made the au Poivre before, the authentic way, and decided to try something a little different. All I did was salt & pepper both sides of the steaks, add them to the pan and browned both sides. Then I lightly coated each side with.....Honey Mustard! I continued to cook the steaks for a couple more minutes on each side. They turned out great. Was a real nice flavor.
