I purchased a pre-sliced bottom round roast. 1 1/2 # I am not sure what to do w/ it. Marinate and grill was my original idea. Any of you ever cook pre sliced meat? Maybe 1/4 " thick ea. slice. Ideas needed. thanks.
I was thinking of marinating it and grilling; like flank steak. But then when I got home I realized that the slicing goes on AFTER the grilling of marinated flank steaks. Duh!!
