I have never made anything with this cut, and its on sale this week. What are the best ways to cook it? What have you guys made out of sirloin tip recipe wise?

Along with dry roasting -- We have used it to make Braised Sirloin Tips over rice or egg noodles ...Red wine, mushrooms, mushroom soup etc. etc. ......

Isn't this the same cut that is used for Stroganoff? I think the wife has also used it for her Hungarian Goulash as well.

I have used sirloin tip's catering wedding party's. I normally smoke them at 275 to 300 degrees and use a mop recipe that I apply about once and hour. Cook to about 130 internal, comes out tender and tasty.
