A choice NY strip with worcheshire sauce, and a rub consisting of kosher salt, ground black pepper, and garlic salt coming up to room temperature.

Potato with olive oil and the same rub going into a 425º oven.

ummm, what happened to the othe half of me spud, huh?
 
Looks like he only put half the steak on there as well, so maybe the other half of the potato and steak went to his twin who is currently out sailing with half a tater in one hand and half a steak in the other.

My wife, after she gets done with the other half of each. :LOL:

We have gotten to where our appetite's have somewhat diminished, we find oueselves sharing more often than not.
 
Well to be honest it looks like a pretty big steak(maybe 10oz?) and tator, so add some green beans and DW and I could split it as well. Sometimes we just don't eat that much either.
