Unusual steak recipies

I want to hear your unusual steak recipies.
Yesterday i made steak with cinnomin apples and apple butter. It sounds weird but it was really great.

I've made a Stuffed Steak (Filet, Stuffed With Asparugus, Ham and Gruyere.

Might want to give it a go with shredded crab, asparagus, mini-shrimps, scallops, shallots, various cream sauces, but get a really thick slice of meat, that is "all one muscle"...on the BBQ? Wood chips, please?
