I bought pork loin stuffed with a basic bread stuffing, was wondering how long to cook, and at what temp. Did a Google search, temps all over the place. I was thinking 325 degrees, 20 min a pound? Or should I start high 425-450, 20 min the drop to 325? I saw one recipe called for 225-250 for 3 hr. Looking for some place to start. Thanks
