2 1/2 lb stuffed pork loin How long to cook?

I bought pork loin stuffed with a basic bread stuffing, was wondering how long to cook, and at what temp. Did a Google search, temps all over the place. I was thinking 325 degrees, 20 min a pound? Or should I start high 425-450, 20 min the drop to 325? I saw one recipe called for 225-250 for 3 hr. Looking for some place to start. Thanks
 
I would start hot then cut it back.

I would pop it in uncovered at 475 for 20 minutes then turn down to 240. Pull it out when the center meat hits 145F. Probably... 1 1/2 hours tops..
 
I threw the dices and started at 425 for 20 min then turned the oven down to 325 and cooked it for 60 min. internal temp was 145, let it rest min. came out very tender and moist.
