I wonder if you were to process this in the jars for a few minutes in a canner, as you do fruit jam, that it would keep longer?

I was a little skeptical but gotta say I love this! The more I eat it, the more I like it. Just wish I would have made a double batch. So far I've eaten it on onion bagels with cream cheese and mushroom, scallion, and cheese omelet. I think it would be great on cheeseburgers too. A little bit goes a long way.
