Dad's birthday was last week, and my bro Wes's birthday was last month. Wes came down from Michigan City to visit, and i decided that it would be a good weekend to get the family together. I had 3 racks of spares in the cryogenic holding unit and thought that a birthday rib burn would be alright. Definately a hit. Trimmed the spares, removed the membrane, rubbed with my memphis blend and smoked em 3-2-1 method. I tried a new mop concotion this time, 1/2 cup grape juice, 1/2 cup grape jelly 8-10 tsp brown sugar 3 oz of Jim Beam, and hit them with it every hour. Smoked at 250 w/ R.O.lump and hickory chunks. Sorry for the limited pics but i dont get to see my bro that much and forgot, but at least i got some proof that it did happen
