Bubblygal fav. pork chop
This is a all time fav. dishes that i love to cook for my family. Would love to share the recipe with those who love pork chop. Hope u all will like it.
1. Marinate the pork fillets with some oyster suace, pepper, seseme oil, light soya sauce, rice wine. Leave it aside for 3-4hrs.
2. Coat with little potatoes starch follow by egg and lastly the breadcrumb.
3. Ready to be deep fry.
4. Serve with some lemon juice & mayo.
